Dutch cellist and composer Saskia Rao-de Haas is recognized world-wide as a master performer of Indian Classical music on her instrument, the Indian Cello. This unique 5 playing strings and 10 resonating string instrument was developed by her with Dutch lutier Eduard van Tongeren.  The New York Times describes her music as 'movingly meditative' and Broadway Baby her playing as 'unmatched by any other string instrument'. She is accompanied by young, dynamic Tabla player Zohaib Khan who is an upcoming star in the world of Indian rhythm. The concert is broadcast from New Delhi, India.
